7. Return Shipping Costs
If the Return is Due to Our Error

we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the Return is Customer-Initiated

customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

8. Return Pickup Availability
Return pickup services may be available in selected locations only.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be requested to self-ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
